Challenging delays in the EU Settlement Scheme

Public Law Project is pleased to host a free training session on challenging unreasonable delays in the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS).

The training will consider:
• Different types of delay within the EUSS;
• Legal arguments and tactics for challenging EUSS delays;
• The impact of COVID-19 on how courts approach judicial reviews of public authorities;
• The approach of the courts to delay judicial reviews.
This training will be hosted over Zoom.
