PLP are very proud to launch our new guide :

Public Interest Interventions:
A guide to intervening in judicial reviews and other court proceedings for NGOs, charities and lawyers

Produced with the support of A&O Shearman and Landmark Chambers, and with contributions from charities and NGOs involved in interventions.

About the guide

A wide spectrum of charities, NGOs and other organisations now use interventions to influence the outcome of judicial review claims and other court processes concerning Government policy, public decision-making and the outcome of court cases.

Our new guide gives up to date information to navigate planning and decision-making on interventions, including detailed learning and advice from smaller charities, as well as advice about communicating around interventions.

Contributors include Black Equity Organisation, Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID), Childhood Bereavement Network (National Children’s Bureau), JUSTICE and the3million.

• A free physical copy of the guide will be given to all attendees.
