Practical, bite-size seminars delivered online via Zoom over three days covering costs and funding in judicial review (JR).

All sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees afterward.

Who should attend?

Solicitors, trainees and paralegals, some advisers (if relevant), and anyone tasked with legal strategy in an organisation with a public law contract, or an NGO / charity using the law for the benefit of their clients.

This introductory session will serve as a practical guide for making legal aid applications.
