Access to Justice for NGOs and Charities

This paper focuses on the legal issues relating to costs and funding. We consider at access to justice for NGOs and charities. We will look at when charities and NGOs should bring claims , and what kinds of claim are most likely to succeed. And , perhaps most importantly , we deal with funding.

This paper refers to the attached 2010 Treasury Solicitor’s Guidance on disclosure in Judicial Review proceedings.
