Judicial Review Trends and Forecasts 2015

The Public Law Project's flagship event designed for all practitioners involved in, or who want to become
involved in, judicial review proceedings. This event is set up by practitioners for practitioners, bringing together a mix of lawyers known for both claimant and defendant work. It is the judicial review event of the year produced by the UK's leading independent proponent and innovator in judicial review and public law.

Accessing Exceptional Case Funding (ECF)

A half day (morning) training session to help lawyers in private practice and the voluntary sector, get Exceptional Case Funding for their clients. It will cover the application process, the relevant forms, what information and documents to provide, and how to identify cases which are more likely to get funding. The training is suitable for: solicitors, pro bono lawyers, caseworkers, paralegals and voluntary sector advisers. Course currently carries 2.5 cdp / BSB.
