Education Challenges in Wales

Education is a devolved area , and an area where the Assembly and the Welsh Government has been particularly active. There is now a very real and distinct body of Welsh education law. This paper outlines the law in Wales in each of the following areas , and identifies the main areas for challenges in these areas.
